Future CSP vs Future Engineer

AA All,

You people already know an engineer earns avg 5 lac PKR per month in gulf countries whereas a csp has meager income in start. If that engineer works 10years he will have 20 crore rupees after only 10 years which means 10 lac profit per month without doing anything right? whereas a csp ll stand no where in 10 years or if so, please guide.

It is very simple really. If you want money, stay in the private sector. If you want to be part of the government and are willing to survive at 40k a month before taxes, than do CSS. What are your priorities in life? Do you want luxury cars, a big house and have deep pockets? Or are you willing to give all that to have a high standing position?

dear,i am sorry but i think you have not gone through to mechanism that works in pakistan,secondly private sector job is just to kill yourself for whole life you would have lot of money but you would not be able to buy peace and harmony.As far as CSS is concerned its prestigious to be a part of goverment with countless authorities and protocole that a billionair renders.

I don't know what private sector guys you know. My father and many of my relatives are executives in top multinationals both in Pakistan and abroad, and they will not give up their jobs for anything. It depends on one's priorities.

You can become billionaire by doing business and for business you need contacts.I guess CSS is the right profession for contacts and to do business.Doing css does not mean that you gonna only stick with your job,you can have your side business but doing private job means you gonna give full time to job 9-5 hectic routine.
