Complete your BBA first and then start preparation of CSS. Graduate degree is a pre-requisite for eligibility in CSS exam.

I had the same problem as yours 2 years back, and i found the remedy, and i hope that it will help u too.

as u r a beginner, so i assume that u dont have much idea about the syllabus, for that u gotta collect atleast 10 past papers for each subject and then start writing the 'main theme' of each question on a separate paper in such a way that question1 of paper1, then that of paper2 and so on till the last paper, then question2 of paper1 and so on.. at the end u will be having a list of around 30-40 questions/topics.

this will serve u 3 purposes,
1st, after completing this task u will grasp the scope of the subject,
2nd, u will come to know the maximum extent of possibilities for each question (in case u do selective preparation)
3rd, u will come to know the NB topics that r being repeated.

now, u r good to go... prepare them from any source, best in my opinion is internet.
and yes, 10 days are more than enough for 1 subject (of 100 marks). afterwards.. u gotta just revise them in the end @ 5 days/subject.

above-mentioned tactic will save u much time in which u can cover other topics too, which u deem important.

this i call smart work..... and alhamdulillah it prepared me for CSS in just 5 months and got me allocated in my first attempt. i am not being proud, m just emphasizing upon the usefulness of this approach

p.s. this technique will work better if u r a technical personal and good at improvising

and yes,
i am seconding J Hussain's opinion..

Read any english newspaper daily , maybe Dawn . Improve your English skills , increase your Vocabulary . It is enough . Complete your BBA , then start preparation for CSS . It is not easy to do 2 things at a time . At first focus should be on your Graduation , i second J Hussain .

Don't worry brother, going through past papers wont need you to be an M.A english
Even if your english is normal, it will improve as you start preparation, provided that you must understand that you study and in the meantime, make a list of new words with their meanings which come into your contact.

If your english is below average, than also join some english teacher along with your studies, that will pay you off in the end.

Good luck.

So brother I have few questions in my mind that

1- Should I need all past papers of all subjects or the subjects which I choose ? If subjects on choices then which subjects Should I elect ?

2- What should be done with questions ? mean give me one example of any of one question of any subject so that could I do myself further.

Answer 1: that's totally up to you, first do this practice with only that subject which you consider difficult. if you find it useful then extend it to your other subjects as well. And i think 10 past papers are more than enough to outline the complete syllabus of any subject.

Before Answer 2, i must introduce to you an english term,

OSMOSIS: the gradual, often unconscious, absorption of knowledge or ideas through continual exposure rather than deliberate learning.

Answer 2: After you complete making the list of questions by reading 10 past papers, you need not to do anything because, thanks to OSMOSIS that, by that time you would have already grasped the complete framework of the syllabus of respective subject. then your approach would be more professional rather than that of a newbie. start studying (guided by that list) and you will feel the difference.

haha.. ok, dear, for english essay, Precis, eds and current affairs, you don't have to follow this method blindly. improvise the method.

for english essay, just absorb more and more knowledge by studying most expected essays, learn the method and structure of a good essay etc etc.

for precis: just solve past papers' english grammer portion, improve your vocab: and learn the ways to write a good precis , composition etc

For eds, even past 10 years papers are not enough, because of the length of this subject. first study from the conventional syllabus of EDS, then if you have time, checkout the past papers and study for those questions which you find new.

For Current Affairs, you have to study world organizations, Pakistan's relations with China, Afghan, US etc. Currently highlighted issues etc.

For remaining subjects, that method is 100% applicable.
