Well, the answer sheet provided is almost same as that provided in HSSC or SSC examinations. But the quality of paper is not good. So I would recommend not to use pointer pens or markers. Instead, use good quality ball point pens. There are no lines on the answer sheets, so need to be more careful while writing. You should try to write in straight, parallel lines. A little ascending lines are acceptable but lines going downwards is not acceptable, so watch out & start practising on plain A4 paper from now to avoid any surprise in the exam hall.

Previously, lineless plain sheet were used. Quality of paper is far better as compared to one used by PPSC or compared to the one used in HSSC or HSC examination. I have a gut feeling that answer sheets will not be liness this year.

Quality of paper is satisfactory. One can use pen or pointer.
White paper will have no lines. One should practice by writing on white papers as it is the practice of FPSC and PPSC.

I would not say I am 100 per cent sure but my guess is based on a tender notice/expression of interest sort of thing that appeared in in daily Dawn few months ago on FPSC behalf whereby FPSC required all the accessories required in Competitive Exams (CE). Besides all other items I read they demanded for copies of 25-page lined answer sheet where number of lines per page and total number of leaves/pages was explicitly given. You know FPSC does nor require answer sheet with above mentioned specification in any other exam but Competitive exams CE. So I infered my assumption from that advertisement. I shared it here so that aspirants should be at least mentally prepared for that prospect.
