please answer :

1. when a person passes the written exam, are his marks and merit number announced or he is just told that he has passed the written exam and has to go for interview?

2. if a person passes the exam and is not given the group of his choice can he decline the offer and attemmt the exam again if he has chances left and age allows.?

1. Only names of passed candidates are announced .No merit no./score is told.
2. Yes. But its better not to list the group you don't want to join.
