i make a blunder i did not mention subject,s name on OMR sheet in islamiyat paper will it create any problem?

Not at all because the OMR sheet number has been marked on your attendance sheet and before leaving the centre they all check and counter check anything necessary that is left. Its the responsibility of the invigilators.
