W/salam....Though I am not a senior member however I will try my level best to give u a relevant feedback regarding your question about opting a subject.......Going for a specific subject merely on the basis of how scoring is it, is something what we call a naive approach, rather u should take into account some simple questions and ask yourself whether or not you r capable in the prescribed context.....
How much prior knowledge do u have about the subject???
Is this relevant to your academic expertise???so that it would be convenient for u to grasp things in an appropriate and efficient manner.
know your interest (unless you have an interest in any subject u would not be able perform well on that subject no matter how far others may feel it comfortable..

If your selection embraces any one or all of the above mentioned remedies then i would suggest you to go for that subject without giving heed to the people advocating for some scoring subjects.....

i appreciate ur approach towards opting subjects.....
i know that the one which finds u easy shud b the first priority but marx also holds some importance for me.....somewhere........
anyways...actually public admin is all abt govt.n such sort of the things....no doubt i havent studied marketing and management,but the syllabus mentioned overhere is appearing easy and interesting for me....
But as far as the last part i-e:financial management is concerned...i wud need help from u ppl....If u dont mind.

Public admistration is general and easy,bcoz it will help u in css inteview too on other hand biz admistration is vast subject,coz it contains three futher fields of specialization for instance marketing,finance,and mangement.so u can do master in each of this field. But at the end its again ur personal inclination towards any of one subjects
