plz can anybody tell me a good teacher of PUNJABI for CSS in lahore?

i would be grateful if u let me know about the fee because usually when i ask about the fee from teacher they say we will see it later. i dont feel this thing good. Yet u say to call him, then i will!

I have talked to him he will guide you throughly otherwise visit Punjab university punjabi department and meet Dr Ismat Ullah Zahid..he at his home teaches punjabi without any fee..
