Please tell me which CSS academy should I join in Hyderabad. kindly give me suggestion how should I improve my writing skill and powerful vocabulary. I am very confused whether I go for CSS or not. Because I have to start from beginning.

I ,personally, am not in favor of preparation academy,although I haven't appeared in CSS yet but I am planning to appear in CSS 17, so can not advice you any academy. As for as writing skill and vocabulary is concerned no academy could help you with it, both are matter of practice. As I myself starting from scratch, could tell you the best way to get started is read DAWN - can read other english news papers also but that is matter of later- underling difficult words see their meanings and try to use them in your writings, addition of few words daily would make sure you understood each word deeply moreover cramming a list of words is ineffective and not long lasting. Coming toward your second skill that is your writing skill , for start try to write one of DAWN editorial or two on daily bases, after reading it, this practice for a month or more will give you confidence, they go for general essays.
