It is a general fact that Only the person can be a CSP, especially an ASP who......


1: Knows everything about the world
2: has a higher IQ level
3: Has an CSP in his Family and/or in relations
4: Has a Strong Political View
5: Is a Briliant Student
6: Is a Panctual One
7: Excersises regularly
8: Have Knowledge about Quran (Yess QURAN)
9: A GREAT APPROCH TOWARD HISTORY as a Subject
10: IS The ONE AND ONLY
11: The Best

1: Dont know whats going on in the World
2: Not Higher than of 12-year-old-boy
3: Not even know how an ASP LOOKS like
4: NOT a strong one
5: Secures below than 60 % everytime
6: wake up after 12 PM and Sleeps @ 4 AM, and Never ever reached @ time @ anywhere, Tried

alot, for example by Alerting an ALARM, I may wake up @ 8 am but would never be reached @

specific time

All these things aspiration and motivation, But I dont have any just I wish ( needs Will)

to be an ASP (CSP). I tried to make this will(may be wish) a motivation and an aim but

couldnt be the perfect one in the field. I was (and not am) not panctual to be an ASP, the

BEST one but dont know how, please tell me if is possible? if so then tell me how. If no

then how can I make it possible

I know everything but dont know, how to handle the AFFAIRS.

It is impossible for an individual to know everything about the world but his common sense must be vigorous.

2: has a higher IQ level

Yes it is true. CSS is very tricky. You have to be more than incisive.

3: Has a CSP in his Family and/or in relations

It is against the truth. I have seen many CSP had no family connection to the field.

4: Has a Strong Political View

If it is concerned with information regarding the political influence, you are absolutely correct. Incase you refer to Personal relations, I again dissent it.

5: Is a Briliant Student
6: Is a Punctual One

Yes, CSS aspirant must be punctual. It does not matter that he was a good student. If one wants to do it, he can by doing his best.

7: Excersises regularly

It is not a stipulation for passing CSS. Anyhow, It helps to support your body to actuate your strength.

8: Have Knowledge about Quran (Yess QURAN)

Obviously, Holy Qur`an is the complete code of life.

Yess...It is the fact, but you can improve it by some online tests, for example search in GOOGLE for FREE IQ

TEST and here you go. The rest of things, you can improve it(in case you think that its NOT as much good as you

need/wish) by THINKING, which is a phenomia of most of the people that they dont think, but IRRELEVENT THINGS

(soryy in case you feel it bad, as you do, perhaps).

Yes, its true but not completely, as the Best position holder would belong to the person who is a good

Burocrate and/or Govt. employee but You can try it by making yourself the BEST. In that case you can try to

make youself DESERVING for the TOPER, rather than blaming the people that they use their
REFERENCES and CONTACTS.

4: Has a Strong Political View
Hmm....You are right. WHy dont you have a strong point of view? Dont you participate in the discussions by your

fellows etc.? Do it.

5: Is a Briliant Student
No, no yaar! CSS doesn't need a Good student but a serious person, for the field.

Agree with sureshlasi, with this point also.

Why dont you recite Quran? Arent you Muslim? If so then why are you asking "Have knowledge about QURAN"

Start after the date 14-08-1947. Means start after that book in which you read that "Pakistan Kabb bana?". Have

a First Step, It would be difficult one to have a start from "Starting" but if you wana be a CSP, start it

right NOW.

No Man! this times 190 Were those who were succeeded in CSS

SO..Kiya samjhy? Neither ONE AND ONLY, nor The Best. Any person with a serious attitude towards CSS can win.
