You will find ample books regarding these subjects in the links suggested by Mohsin Shah.

These subjects are scoring, there is no doubting this fact but i wouldn't term them Easy. Geography is a scientific subjects and if one's concepts are not clear one cannot beat about the bush and hence a great danger of failing in this subject. But this year we have seen phenomenal scores in Geography most of the passed candidates have scored above 140, which i must say would be a record of some sorts but we should assume that this trend would continue as the examiner keeps on changing. But i conclude that Geography is a scoring subject if one has grasped the subject properly.

British History was scoring till 2006 but suddenly after that students were getting shocking marks ( as they did this year in Indo-Pak) the reason according to me is lack of conceptual study and dependence on same kind of notes provided by some academies. Therefore i would suggest to go through the subject thoroughly and make your own notes.A friend of mine managed to cross the magic figure of 150 in this subject.
