Though some little things can be shared, yet time is the issue. Regretfully, buzy in some issues so cant share now.

However, Kashif Aslam, Nadeem sb, Adil Memon, Aamer Khattak, Malik Qamar Abbas Khokhar, Red Hawk may like to take some time from their buzy schedule to add their precious stories...

Its not imaginary story, its real one of a good fellow officer.

Reference to the Context: Some years ago, a young officer was dealing with the cases for establishment of new universities at Federal Government.

Incident: A university is being established at Lahore (now that university has been established ) and the case reaches to his table. He found lot of discrepancies/shortcomings in it. After two days a counterpart in Punjab Government calls him asking for the status of the case, both had attended meetings together and were aware of each other /were having little friendship. The officer told him of certain discrepencies, the other one expressed that he is the dealing officer and can present a good picture with dummy papers. He laughed and said, how come.. Time went by, at night of the same day, that officer is watching t.v and at around twelve o clock, his mobile rang, he picks it up and the officer at Punjab is on line asking for health etc. Then he tells him that the owner of that proposed university is with him and ready to fulfill any demands, he again smiles and categorically states that he dont do anywrong and wont do it, leave it.. The other officer insists to have conversation with the owner....... Owner -hailing from some political party- is on other side, hey dear how r u, i have heard of you that you are a smart and intelligent officer.. thnx sir, how do you do... am good.... hope everything is fine at your end... yes... what can i do for you... son our file is at your table and all depends upon your noting because you are the main officer, all seniors just see your note and dont go for details, whatever you write will be the actual thing etc..... so.... so make a good report of our file... sorry , there are lot of shortfalls in fullfilment of basic criterion... leave criterion and tell me what is your demand... i dont have any demand... laugh.... ok ok tell me about you and of your seniors as well, whatsoever you will ask, i will arrange.... now laugh from the officer, sorry sir.... what do you mean by sorry, dont you know who am i... whosoever you are, am sorry, i will not do.... youngman you have a long career ahead, dont spoil yourself, you know i can get you posted away from this seat..... sure, you may.. .. thn get ready for transfer.. phone closed... the other day younger officer goes to a very senior officer at joint secretary level and tells him the story, the senior officer smiles and says okay son thats good you told me everything, am here to look after you, dont fear for any posting ... the young officer wrote what was the fact and the case was rejected... he was not posted anywhere due to that owner...............and story dont ends here, after a couple of years, the owners managed to get the university established from punjab government using their pull both at punjab sectt and federal government ..
