you proved yourself man

you proved yourself by having this great record of qualifying css for 3 consecutive years. i will not give long descriptions but would just say that Allah has decided the best for all of us and He has already decided the source of our bread and butter. After having a look at your hardwork and achievements I can say that your future is very bright but you please just dont loose your heart and keep your spirits high. Now PMS is not a big deal for you InshaAllah. Our prayers are with you always.
Best of Luck. :)
Its been a while since the final result of CSS 2011 has been announced, i didnt post my reply earlier because i felt it would be too early and unwarranted to make a statement in a hurried way. Now that i have pondered over all the issues i am in a position to issue my response to what has happened.

By the grace of Allah Almighty i was declared as pass for third time in a row. For three consecutive years i kept the F.P.S.C on its toes. Clearing the exam thrice in a row should be a matter of great pride and honor, obviously it was the reason enough that i should have been allocated this time around. Obviously there was no fault in my written or spoken English skills. I kept my faith in Allah and the Almighty blessed me with success at every step of the way.

The dreaded marking system of F.P.S.C and parochial bent of mind of 3 individuals are the reasons for this result. I am as confident as i have been throughout the entire period of C.S.S preparation. C.S.P.s are found in a plenty but safdar jang is one and only. I can challenge if hardly anyone could claim clearing CSS three times in a row.

The decision to not allocate me is a poor decision on their part and time will prove this thing. Its a bad luck for the country that such honest, dedicated and sincere people like me cant make it to the echelons of power by dint of their hard work. I did not have any property or cars or bank balances to support me, i tried on my own and took great pains to reach where i did.

In the end i would just like to say that the honorable chairman would be forgotten soon after the retirement but Inshallah i would remain in the hearts and minds of many people. You did all that was in your discretion but you could not steal the knowledge, talent, hard work and devotion from me. You could not even make a dent in my high spirits. Now i am not a grade 17 officer who would dance to the tunes of higher ups, i am a true patriotic citizen of Pakistan and a public person from now onwards.
Sir, accept your failures and move on. I may sound harsh but I have a habit of saying the truth and that too on the face, you were not allocated NOT because of "bad luck" or "unreliable marking system" etc but you were NOT allocated as all the times you appeared, there were more competent competitors who made it through.

Free advise, take it or reject it.. Never blame anyone else for your failures because in the end the failure is ALL because of us and we alone are to be blamed for something that is left missing.

I congratulate you for clearing css 3 times in a row, that's a great achievement and something you should be proud of but blaming others for you not being allocated is something you should avoid, blame yourself for it and no one else.

Good luck & accept my apologies if my statements hurt you!

@ Mukt.

Well a much more competent competitor was chief Justice's son who was fail in English essay and made it through to allocation. Then Arsalan Iftikhar resigned when Mr. Pervez Musharraf sent a reference against Justice chaudhry. This is just one issue that saw light of the day, what to talk of any thing else.

Safder can you share your DMC?

mir shujaat ali maaz Saturday, June 16, 2012 06:40 AM

Respected Sir Shallowater !!
Whatever has happened to you regarding CE exams.. you have proved your self.. you are THE REAL HERO .. seriously i mean it .. clearing 3 times CE exams consecutively is not a joke.. You have done your hardwork and obviously you would have gathered immense amount of knowledge .. ALLAH never wastes His creation`s hardwork. You will definitely shine one day on the basis of what you have done in these 3 years no doubt about that .. You just have to be patient and carry on.. You gonna rock the world man .. MAy ALLAH bless you. AMeen

Really touched with your story..

I wont share the DMC myself. The chairman should have enough courage to keep the written marks secret and then decide the interview marks. Why is he looking at written marks and then accordingly awarding viva marks. RBD's poor personality would have him fail in any such interview. I am much proud that i sat in front of these 3 without being asked for doing so.

[B]Brother don't get too much upset.
Please see the DMSs of top scorers of CSS this year.
Most of them, despite having scored excellent in the written, are awarded too low marks in the Viva.

DMSs of toppers are shared here ...

See the details and tell honestly if the viva marks really have anything to do with the written marks.

Safdar bhai , you are an icon of perseverance, hard work and diligence. this is not the end of life , although i know that deep down inside it really hurts. but you will achieve much more in the future:)

mukt Saturday, June 16, 2012 09:38 AM

I don't think they have access to your written marks when they award you interview marks, or they do? Furthermore, I've seen candidates in lower 600's (written) scoring above 200.. Interestingly, all of them were have excellent psychological tests. Psychological assessment matters a lot, that's what I think.. the first impression they form of you is based on that because that's what they have at hand when you go for interview and not your written marks.

I don't know how Arsalan made it but if he resigned or was forced to resign, that's all what matters. Two wrongs don't make a right and neither can that be used to justify as to why were you not allocated, surely the CJ or RBD aren't the people who CHECK your papers, neither do they allocate you.. isn't it? :)
