Mostly people only share their success stories and shy away from confronting the failures. Perhaps for the first time i am going to share an inquiry conducted into the causes of failure in getting allocation. The inquiry about the causes took almost 2 months and i am presenting it as it is. I may or may not agree with its contents but it is pertinent to share it so that the future candidates may get some lessons. I must say that the persons involved in the making of this report have observed me over the past many years.

Here are the possible causes in the light of this report:

1. My stubborn attitude and lack of ability to cope with pressure situations.

2. Lack of respect for the seniors and friends.

3. Ever changing mood and behavior.

4. Never ending list of love affairs and flirt nature.

5. My habit of looking down upon the poor.

6. Being a lover of ostentation and protocol, i am never satisfied with the reality.

7. Being not in touch with the reality.


Apart from these findings some positive aspects of my personality are:

1. Sincerity and dedication to my cause however self destructive it might be.

2. Untiring resolve to accomplish my task.


I have not changed even a single word, i have presented the findings as it is. I would welcome the comments from the members.
