I haven't read your essays on this forum but this long query and your explanation of your problem has given me some clue. You should rather start typing on MSword with all predictive text input and grammar check and it will highlight your mistakes. That's the only possible solution that comes to my mind. Otherwise, your expression isn't bad. You have got the essential vocabulary that one needs for writing a good essay. It's all about the sentence style that you have to concentrate upon.

6 months are more than enough for a person who can express him/herself in English , has the habit of regular newspaper reading and having some knowledge of general knowledge. Otherwise, a year may be an appropriate time for a person who has to make him/herself proficient in English and then proceed.

I'm confused with Indian History(which helps in Pak Affairs) and Islamic History. Another problem is with Agriculture and Forestry. I don't have a background in the later subjects but opting them for a good score. Please advise me for the selection.
P.S.I have almost the same amount of time left so any other additional guidance would be of great help.

Indo_Pak history scores exhibited a good trend in 2012, so it wont be a problem this time. But I won't suggest forestry. Go for some other subject.

Asslamo Alikum! Sir you are a forester too so kindly tell me is there any specific journal etc. available in market to get the latest Statistics of Forestry in Pakistan as those given in Masood Qureshi book are outdated..

You could use "Pakistan Journal of Forestry" issued by Pakistan Forest Institute, Peshawar.
