39th CTP

Aoa , Do you ve any idea when 39th CTP would start? There are rumors that it would start in September. Any exact idea about that?

Sir abhi allocations to aa janay dijeye...My guess is that 39CTP ll be started from Dec 11 or jan 12...

Results of Roll Nos 6845 and 7768 have been withheld as action under Rule 7(v) of C.E. 2010 is under process... So i guess allocations after the completion of this process

I've heard that during common training attempting the exam has been disallowed. I know it was allowed till recently. What i want to know is that will 39 commoners be allowed to attempt the 2012 exam?

As per my information, the CTP is to begin in September/October. The 38th Common had their CTP shortened to 6 months to enable 39th to start early. The announcement of vacancies along with the final result, plus the completion of working on allocations already (pending the resolution of two cases before their announcement) point towards this.

Another reason I have been told for the early start is that the CSA wants to offload the batch before the start of summers as it becomes unmanageable for them in extreme summers with load shedding (add the cost of generators etc). I can't say if this is a plausible reason.

M. A. Asghar bhai, the information u have shared is accurate becoz my sources within CSA management are also confirming that the CSA people have proposed the 39th CTP to begin from 1st October and there are very strong indications for the approval of this proposal by Estab. Division but the question whether the duration would be 6 months or 9 months is still under consideration, although the CSA management has proposed it to be of 6 months due to the same reason quoted by you i.e. harsh weather.
