I think that those 15 Probationers who haven't joined 37th Common must be from PSP,FSP and DMG.These are the most politicized groups in CSS.We know that Police and DMG are dominated by political families since these groups have become dynasties.i am sure FSP must have been dropped by candidates because it is also dominated by vested groups of Pakistan.May be i am underplaying the magnitude of the crisis.I also hold that those who have rejected the groups must have been unaware of the potential of Audit,I.Tax and CTG. Sir i have also heard about some candidates delaying their CTP.A few days ago i met a railways candidate of 37th Common who lives in my street. He told me that during CTP top position holders were magnanimously helping repeaters with their notes and worthy tips.He said that CSA had become for three months a CSS-training academy.Probationers were given lectures by top position holders and the environment was very helpful and the repeaters prepared in a very short span.
i salute probationers for keeping the spirit of cooperation alive.Sir, i will also follow your footsteps if i get allocated.
Thank you a thousand times.
well...i totally disagree with this statement...it was a horrible experience while taking CSS attempt during CTP at CSA. During foundation stage of CSA the routine was very tough, there even classes after lunch, there was PT at 6 am in the morning, there were games in the evening...even if someone wanted to help; he couldnt because there wasnt even time for him to help anyone but YES one can get good notes from his/her fellow probationers but as far as lectures and good CSS-training envirnment is concerned that was NEVER there....
