Sir please tell me which one is better in comparison of Pakistan Administrative Services and Foreign Services.

Please also tell me if I pick foreign services will I be transferred in to war prone areas like Afghanistan and Iraq etc.

Kindly do help me in group selection that gives me following

1- Power
2- Peace in life
3- Social Status
4- No one can force me at all / has less pressure / has minor chances to get corrupt
5- Can directly interact to poor class and can contribute maximum in solving their problems.

Guys I'm heart patient by birth, and did Electrical Engineering.... so please guide me in choosing appropriate group. Thanks in advance
