Default Its troubling me!

Hello, my name is Younis. I have recently completed my masters in economics. From Quaid-e-azam university Islamabad.
Ever since i was a student in high school, my main career goal was to become a CSP,and join the foreign service of Pakistan. I Wanted to join the foreign service as i consider it as a noble profession and free form corruption.
I have joined this forum just now to post this query, but i have read each and every thread in the sub forum of FSP many time. I was very satisfied from all the content that i found here. Until i read one particular thread in which a senior member from another group had somethings to say about the foreign service.
He said that, in the foreign service posting abroad to good countries depends upon personal links and a lot of nepotism is involved. And this has got me worried, as this group is my desire and am currently working very hard to achieve this aim of mine.
I would be very grateful if someone would be kind enough to address this issue of mine, that is all this true? As a response to this will ultimately enable me to make a proper decision, regarding my professional life.
Thank you.

Let not your apprehensions make you tremble near destiny. Word is neither Utopia nor bed of roses. FSP is Good rather one of the best cadres of css.
