Default Details on Foreign Services Officers

Salam, I am a css enthusiast, rather a foreign office enthusiast. I would like to ask about every detail that a Pakistani diplomat does in every day routine and his/her everyday work. It would also help me if I can come to know of the salaries and perks, benefits of 1st Secretary, deputy high commissioner and ambassador. Please tell me every single detail. And what I have to do to be trained enough to go in the foreign office by the next 7 years. I am totally a newbie and I don't know a single thing to start doing right now. Thank you.
