There is a body to mass ratio but they usually give some time to lose are in some cases gain weight; after that if some improvement is found they declared one cleared. By the way I've not heard about any case where a person was rejected due to over/under weight.

lolz...we have every species in Foreign service...starting from 45 kgs to 95 kgs...weight is not at all a issue in FSP
