Default What is the future of PAS in light of expected reforms of new elected government?

In their manifesto, PTI have promised to give greater role to local government system.

Moreover they want to make the police and other authorities autonomous. What will be the role and future of generalist administrators in this scenario.

Since Dr. Ishrat advocate of reform and curtailing DMG powers has been inducted into the cabinet as an advisor. What future do you foresee?
