Default Some questions about an AC's job

Q1. What is the duration of their working hours?
I heard it is 24/7/365. That cant be right.

Q2. How many days off do they get per month and per year?

Q3. Are their tasks complex or simple?

Q4. Overall, is the job hectic or easy?

I will be grateful if anyone could answer these questions.
