Default DMG 3rd CTP

The Following Officers attended 3rd CTP, and after allocated joined DMG.
In order of Merit.

Dr. Liaqat Ali Khan Niazi.(retired, also father of Abdullah Khuram Niazi PMS)
Khushnood Akhtar Lashari(serving, Principal Secretary to PM)
tauqir Ahmad Faiq(retired, father of DMG officer)
Mrs Sarod Lashari(wife of Khushnood Akhtar Lahsari, retired)
Nasir Ahmad(expired after superannuation)
Syed Mohammad Hamid Shah(retired, on contract as Member PST)
Sh. Habib-ur-Rehman(retired & ciritically ill)
Mian Bashir Ahmad(retired)
Khawaja Ejaz(As Assistant Commissioner, Abbotabad, died during first week on duty; was Peshawar based)
Hifzur Rehman Khan(retired)
Khawaja Tariq(died due to Stomach cancer after retirement)
Syed Jalal Hyder(while posted as JS(training), left Pakistan & Service)
Liaqat Ali(in service)
Muhammad Salim Khan(serving, Federal Secy, Ports & Shipping)
Sami Ul Haq Khilji(retired as Chairman Railway)
(further Zafar Mehmood, Currently Federal Secy Commerce, belongs to 3rd CTP DMG, order in merit was in the top 5 at DMG).

Updation:

The name of Dr. Shahzad Qaisar, was missed in the list. He was first in the 3rd CTP batch in DMG officers. Retired Special Secy to PM, currently on contract as Member, PPSC.
Muhammad Kashif Murtaza Name was also inadvertently missed. Reitred as Chairman Railways. Currently on contract as Member FPSC.
Sh. Habib-ur-Rehman, my sweet father, is no more alive since 5.03.2012.

Yes, sorry for that. actually i had seniority list of 2nd common-12th common batch as of year 2004 of bs-20 circulated by CP wing, Establishment division. In that, few names were not present which were missed as they were promoted to BS 21.Jafri sb had retired in Perhaps february 2010 or 2011. There was a small party organised by him or perhaps by officers of 3rd common batch i remember at his retirement. Mian bashir sahib had came at our residence those days and gave invitation, but my dad, as he was critically ill, couldn't go there to islamabad.

respected tanzil bhai can you please explain that after how many years service a person can be inducted into the secretariat group

In BS 19 & above, its possible. If i am not mistaken before that induction occurs in OMG. For induction in OMG rule 10 is the first step to proceed which later results in induction. However, all the recognised occupational groups are eligible for horizontal movement against Secretariat Posts as per Esta Code and can get inducted.
