can anybody tell me the perks and previlidges of a 20th grade PSP officer i-e DIG (RPO) and a 20th grade DMG officer i-e a COMMISSIONER of region. i have heard that they are entitled officially to 3 cars i-e staff car , family car and reserved car but they can take as many as they can............

Brother salary is not the benchmark of excellence in civil service...the yardstick is well being of civil society.

Better to search in corporate realm to quench the thirst of money and perks.The core competency of civil service lies in a role play towards upgrading the standard of living of a common man.

If all you can think about is use, abuse and misuse of official cars, you better not start preparing for CSS even.

Starting Basic Pay of Grade 20 is Rs: 36,000/=
All officers are officially entitled for their own conveyance not for family.
