Cool Physical and arms training

As we all know that PCS is a law enforcement agency; i was going through STP of PCS and I am astonished that there is no physical and arms training unlike other enforcement agencies. Dont you think their STP is incomplete without arms and physical training A. Collector should also go through the courses which are for ASPs and Asst. Directors of IB?
Any perceptions?

Consequent to the introduction of Uniform at officer level in Pakistan Customs, weapons handling and training is now a part of Customs STP.
