Default Climate Change effects
Climate change is global issue, it causes natural disasters like Heavy rains, Floods, Glacial lake outburst, Earth-quack, Landslide, Vocal-nos, Droughts, Cyclones, Heat-wave etc. We can't fight disasters but can prevent, mitigate and prepare against the impacts of it through exchange of information with masses. According to NDMA report 1200000 people killed and property worth $1.7 Trillion lost due to natural disasters worldwide between 2000-2012. In Pakistan 143 events recorded from last 20 years. Pakistan has been ranked at 8th position from 10th after Honduras, Myanmar, Haiti, Philippines, Nicaragua, Bangladesh and Vietnam by Global Climate Risk Index GCRI.
