Default why muslim league N wants to extend PoPA??
hello! i am reading dawn from only the past one week as i wanted to appear in the css exam 2017. so today i was reading a news that muslim league N wants to extend Popa.. i have searches for it but couldn't find the reason behind it.
can anybody explain to me the reason and importance to extend it..

Also since i was never a found reader of newspaper so i am facing difficulty to read paper now as i didn't know any thing why this is happening. So can anybody also guide me that how can i overcome my this deficiency?

After reading for some time, it becomes boring. But we've to keep it in mind that we're reading it to gain information, which will help us in CSS exams.
