Well I think USA wants India as the strategic partner and they are trying to transform Pak into the way they want it.......
we r serving them.... we are used as a scapegoat in war against terror..... we are stabilizing afghanistan for them.... our army is fighting within the country..... they have engaged us in Baluchistan as the weapons are comming from US controled Afghanistan.... Our Expectations....... Kashmir issue, nuclear co-operation denied because of ....... "bad history" economy.... bilateral investment treaty wasn't signed..... 1. intellectual property right 2. no international arbitration 3. compensation.... deducted from loans (arbitrary) so there couldn't be any agreement
