Imtiaz Shahid's book is good. I will advise you, however, to concentrate more on material from dawn and the news newspapers.

Current Affairs course is broadly divided into four parts. i.e
International issues
National issues.
Pakistan relations with china,USA,india,iran,saudi etc,
and
Organizations.like,SCO,UN,OIC,RCD,NAM,ETC

These can cover paper easily.

Smile Sources of Current Affairs

I am a Junior member as well, just started preparing for current Affairs. A CSS aspirant have to go through so many books related all the subjects therefore it is important for him to be effective and efficient. Keeping in mind this, I would suggest you;

Dawn daily (1st, back, international, World in forcus and editorial page)
World Times (monthly by Jahangeer Book Press)
Contemporary Affairs (Bi-monthly bi Imtiaz Shahid)

If you go through these resources I am sure you will not miss any important topic. keep in mind while reading newspaper, read only relevent editorial it saves time.
