hey cm on......don act liike a coward lamb.... u r among those warriors who r fighting the toughest and inflential most battle of the examination in pakistan....the CSS
dear!!! ihv passed thru same phase but now m bit healthy in making my contribution towards this paper.....let me tell Current affairs and essay are those subjects which have no bounderies that cud be drawn by any expert....althoug guesses merely do work

pehle tou roz Dawn news(editorials n letters to editors 2-3 daily)parhne ki adat daalo....quite dry they wud seem u at start but slowly u ll join the pace....phir is k points bnao aik copy pe i mean how wud you summerise them in short form that might help u for precis......it ll take daily 2hrz atleast.....then read 2 topics daily and prepare them with full concentration.....1 shud be from hot n current issue like NFC, K-L BILL, INDEPENDE OF JUDICIARY Etc... and one should be some repititve disputes or issues that appear very frrequently in every year e.g war on terror or terrorism.....kashmir,palestine,foreign policy ....n so so

in a weak your health will improve rgarding current affair n ll feel confident that u can do it.......this is my practical suggestion.....

Dear, no need to panic at all. Calm down. Current affairts paper shold nt be a problem for u. Better u go through " Contemporary affairs" book by Imtiaz Shahid latest edition. Also read press reviews available in the markets. Besides, prepare few topics which pakistan is faced to, rite nw like energy crisis, democracy, NRO, economic probs, education in pak, plus, Advance publishers, carvan contemporary affairs. Bs itna enough hai. Ok.

I knw but at this level it does nt mean she is just like a spoon feeder. CSS is nt a child's play. one has to face it the way it is. Im nt sure whether she would b able to pass it by just pretending that she has no intrest in any subject. She has to develop intrest f she really wana make it through. Anyways, i suggested her wht im doing myself & wht i thought could be the possible remedy. Thats it.

In her case afridi's advice seem more practicable because I also did't have interest in Current affairs and I found Contemporary Affairs more handy in start than newspaper. In contemporary Affairs an issue is analysed in its context while in the newspapers only current situation is described. So people like me who have no background in this subject feel difficulty to understand day-to-day news info.(When I started newspaper reading I couldn't understand what to read and how to analyse the news).

I still haven’t started preparation of CA. A good idea is to prepare it in the end. I think I will buy any updated book for objective available in market by that time. I will prepare a few expected topics in depth from internet and from articles and editorial posted here.

Sis,don't get confused.He didn't call you a spoon child.

For current affairs study latest issue of Contemporary Affairs by Imtiaz Shahid and daily Dawn.
