what was Proviisional constitutional order PCO of nov 3 2007 ?? n why GEN Musharraf passed this order also who were the people who were in favour and why ??? and the reasons for why 100 judges who opposed were sent home? discuss plz

A Provisional Constitutional Order, is a constitutional order it suspends the working Constitution of Pakistan. From the date of this order the origional constitution would remain suspended till the end of this (PCO) order. After the implementation of such order every official (including judges) have to take oath again in accordance with PCO. The judges were suspended because they refuse to do so.

In Pakistan, PCO is declared thrice.

first by Zia in March 24, 1981

second and third by Musharaf on October 14, 1999 and November 3, 2007.
