I totally disagree with you. Hamid mir is an obvious biased host. Only a few of his episodes can be beneficial. following talk shows,I've found,are the best and helpful:

1- aapis ki baat najam sethi k sath

2- news night at ptvnews

I recommend BBC Urdu service on radio
It's very informative
Talks on single issue
No political propaganda
unbiased
I once heard a discussion on energy crisis,it blew me away,you won't find any of this on tv programs
