Economic Survey is published at the end of fiscal year. It measures the government performance in previous fiscal year. FY 2012-13 will end in June 2013 so its Economic Survey will be published in June 2013. Currently Economic Survey 2011-12 is the latest one (at the link provided by seher bano).
Budget is planned and published for upcoming fiscal year. Current one is Budget 2012-13 and it can be found on Ministry of Finance website.

Calendar Year: 1-Jan to 31-Dec. Fiscal Year: 1-Jul to 30-Jun in Pakistan. When we talk about 2011-12 we don't mean two years rather one year but falling in two calendar years i.e. first half in 2011 (Jul-Dec) and 2nd half in 2012 (Jan-Jun). Economic Survey is the story of Past hence it covers the period which has already elapsed. So you can find statistics of 2011-12 year (From July 2011 to 30th June 2012). Budget is a financial plan for allocation of resources and their sources for the period to come (future period). Hence latest budget will cover 2012-13 period (1st July 2012 to 30th June 2013). Fiscal Year According to the Internal Revenue Service, a calendar year runs from January 1 to December 31, totaling a span of 12 consecutive months. On the other hand, a fiscal year also has 12 consecutive months, but can end on the last day of any month but December. A big difference between a regular calendar year and a fiscal year is that a fiscal year can span across two consecutive calendar years. A calendar year starts and ends in the same year, but a fiscal year could, for example, start on February 1, 2011 and end on January 31, 2012 Note: If you want to know the updated/latest figures of economic indicators then visit SBP website or consult Business recorder/newspapers. http://sbp.org.pk/ecodata/index2.asp
