It is not necessary to make notes of all topic. for currents affairs it is advised to make a scrap book/ register in which you can allocate few pages for a particular topic and paste or write related material on those pages.
for example
you can spare few pages for Terrorism and if you find any good article, data or quotation related to terrorism you can paste it there. similarly, you can make sections of other important topics like women emancipation; Relations with other countries like US, Afghanistan, India , China and Iran ; Nuclear Issue etc.
This scrap book will help you during the exams because it would be easier for you find out data on any topic. In Current affairs paper you do not need crammed notes, what you need is analytical skills and authentic data and your current affairs register would be sufficient for this purpose.
