Default What does Establishment of Military Courts mean ?
Can we explain the actual meaning and conventional strategy of Military Courts ? And what is its history at home and abroad. Kindly share your knowledge on this.

Default Military Courts
Military Courts which are also known as speedy courts are established after amending the Army Act 1952. Due to the current situation of Pakistan after peshawar attack , Federal Govt on behest of Pak Army has decided to established these military courts under the Army officers so that the parallel Judicial system may not effect the justice system of citizens of Pakistan ...
There are much more facts and reasons behind these military courts which are the real essence behind establishment of military courts.
