I just started my css prep. I am very confused regarding English and Essay paper. I have no idea where to start meaningful preparation especially writing practice. I mean what grammatical rules or techniques should I keep in mind while practicing. And also what should be my starting point for English (Precis and Composition) Paper. Seniors kindly help me.

First, make sure you DO NOT have grammatical mistakes in what you write. Second, avoid repetition of ideas and words. Third, you need to have sufficient knowledge on what you are writing.

Practice is the key to mastery.
