Post B.sc english paper

Sir i am doing my Bs 4 year engineering education, and now I am in 3rd year. I want to give an additional english paper from P. U. And as per new rules b. Sc is in parts now. Am i going to give my English paper in parts? Is there a separate Admission form for this additional paper or the same available on P. U website???kindly resolve my this confussion.
