pls suggest me tips,for increasing VOCABULARY and good language Skills,in other words,how can i have command on English in 10 months???

It is so easy !
Read a good English Daily everyday and keep a good dictionary handy to consult and here you go .......... And yes, try to write one page daily as well on any topic you like.

You need to start from very beginning if you want to have a complete grasp over English. Try to get English Grammer book by Thomson and Martinet or if you could not find it at any book store, then try to get it from any Library and get photocopy of that. You will have a good command over English after studying the book. And stubook is not enough. You have to read a standard Newspaper or Magazine like Dawn and observe some repeated structures of sentences used in Newspapers.
I do hope you will improve your level within few months and do not keep your focus only on English because beside English still there remains much difficult task.

1:-memorize 10 words daily.

2:-learn a new english strucure or usage daily

3:-if u r a beginner, do not go for english to english books as some one of the above friends has suggested u.start from an english to urdu book.u wl understand things really well.there r many such books available in abundance easily in the market.

4:-do write a very short essay type paragraph or like idea expansion of some 100 to 200 words on any topic of ur interest.keep the length of that essay increasing as u learn new things and gain new knowledge from subjects. subjects like Pakistan affairs, islamiyat, current affairs are really very helpful in essay-writing. plus utilize the knowledge u gain from ur opted subjects.

5:-get your writings assessed daily by someone who is good at English.or just bring it here on to the forum we wl assess u.u may also email to us ur writings..the daily assessment is far more beneficial and u wl be learning things quickly.
