English Essay and Composition are considered as the most difficult subjects in CSS exam, that's the reason, the failure rate is highest in both these subjects. A professional teacher is a must for both these papers specially the precis paper, because there are technicalities that need to be tackled. On the other hand there is a lot of variation in essay paper, the more the practice the better can be the results. So a teacher of functional English can make us understand the technicalities of Composition, Correction, and precise. When it comes to best teachers in Lahore in this regard I found Sir Agha Mohsin and Madam Maria very good in this regard. The good thing about the later is that she design mock tests on the same pattern as Css papers and Checks on daily basis.

She takes almost 3 months to complete a session and covers all segments of the paper in detail so good for beginners. After that it depends on your performance in tests.
