No need of writing meaning first, directly make the sentence, another thing writing meaning can be unsafe as sometimes we don't know the exact meaning of a word or idiom, but in sentence form it seems to be ok, so directly make sentences both for idioms as well as pair of words.

P.S:May be they mention to write meaning as well, it never happened but anything can be asked, so first read the question carefully, but if meaning is not asked, don't write it.good luck!

in pair of word and idioms one should remember this point that sentence should be meaningful again meaningful. only meaningful sentence with correct usage can award marks to a candidate
