Oh Dear! You are mistaken. It is DISCOVERING THE WORLD OF ENGLISH BY JAHANGIR'S WORLD TIMES. Its prize is 800 Rs. I have this in my hand.

Exploring the world of English is by Sadaat Ali Shah.
