Wsalam,
You will learn fast is you are taught by a teacher fluent in English. If you cannot do that then there are many free websites online that show free english lessons. Websites that show you both Urdu and English translation are very useful. This website has both Urdu and English. http://www.urdu-english.com

Read grammar stuff if needed but otherwise keep practicing and trying.

The first step for you is to write full sentences and proper spellings here in the forum, social media and also in SMS, so that others may be able to point out your weaknesses(if any) and this would also be a great source of your practice.

Read the following, there is no change in your wordings, just changed the punctuation etc and see the difference.

For grammars, other will give you better suggestions but just wanted to point out that while asking about English you are using Netspeak language. This surely don't make a good sense!

Read English Newspaper on daily basis. See how sentences and paragraphs are co-related with each other respectively. Copy structures from newspaper, it will help you express your ideas in a far better way. And write on 5 to 10 pages on daily basis. Insha' allah you will see the difference within 2 months.

the best solution of English writing or speaking. read good books a lot, and jot down difficult words. read anything but good stuff, within some weeks you will feel that you know a lot then start writing what you read, it will improve your skills in precis writing and composition too.
check your writings from a teacher or a fellow whom you think will check and give you good advices.
and by learning grammar you will waste a lot of time, because grammar itself is so vast.
many of you may contradict my view because everyone has its own views of particular thing
best of luck

I simply don't believe this, without learning grammar one cannot learn English, where on earth this is written ? we are very good in Urdu, did we learn grammar ? The only thing is that one should practice a lot, practice practice and practice, the more you speak the more you get your hands on. Although written part may require a bit of knowledge of grammar so that grammatical mistakes can be avoided, still it doesn't matter too much as we don't make mistakes usually while writing in Urdu. Besides that the importance of reading factor can never ever be eliminated as this is the only way to enhance your vocabulary. Try to learn with fun, watching good English and Urdu movies with subtitles in English can turn out to be an effective way of learning English.

Regards
