May b muslim Law is scoring one. But as for as my experience on CSS forum is concerned. Most of the seniors prefer geography.

Go for Geography I would suggest. Its a good subject, will help you in other subjects as well and offcourse its scoring too.

Islamic History is a scoring subject. You can go with it without any fear.
