razi abdi sb near civil secretariat lahore with 7000 fee on your first entrance in his room.
2.Shafaat Yar khan near Jinnah Garden Lahore with 5000 fee.
3.Mirza Mansoor with 5000 fee
4.Self Study is best teacher.

The first two options are not feasible because the places are far away.
What about the 3rd professor's location?
You are absolutely right that self study is the best way but I want to consult a good teacher to improve my skills.

I ve been taking classes of Prof. Shafat and I'm quite satisfied with the way he teaches. Self study cant be compared with the quality coaching. As 4 as fee , Yes too much being charged bt aspiratns r compel to pay the desired fee as they hv no other choice.

Manzor mirza will not guide you properly,he will just polish your ideas.it is my advise to you to to consult that teacher who tought you how to write,rules and teach you basic english.abid khokhar teaches english compositionin two months at patial house near jinnah garden.he is very best teacher of english composition and i am sure he will stand according to your desires.if you are serious then i can send you his number.

Default English Teachers for rest Cities !!!!!!!!!
Kindly name some good and dedicated English Teachers for other cities too, for grammar coaching and basics .....as my css study partners reside in peshawar & faisalabad respectively, they are in real trouble

For God's sake, Sir Manzoor Mirza lives in a society near Model Town and Township. I can't recall the society's name at the moment however it's on Peco Road.
