Conscious is the mixture of ethical and moral principles that controls, inhibit or accuse the actions of an individual. Those who clearly recognize the voice of their own conscience usually recognize the voice of justice. Conscious leads a man to treat others in a way he wanted to be treated in a certain situation. It is chamber of justice.
Taking an ordinary example to explore the concept, ruling party should behave toward opposition in a manner it wanted to be treated if it were in opposition. A businessman should deal his fellows in the way he wanted to be dealt by his fellows. This ultimately leads towards a just behaviour.
History of world shows continues and progressive triumph of right. It can only be divined by conscience and bends toward justice. Wrong things can not be managed long. Forty years back, Blacks were fighting for their rights in USA but now president of USA is Black. American's live conscience resulted justice.
In certain situation nation has to make certain laws against live conscience. This is vital for interest of a nation. One can not justify drone attacks by conscience. USA has to do it in order to compete Taliban.
