UNEASY LIES THA HEAD THAT WEARS CROWN
Every age has its own tendencies, demands and prerequisites but the importance of a stable, dedicated and sagacious leader remains pivotal for nations to prosper. It is the leader who grapples the problems audaciously and steer the nation out of the crisis. Today our world is fragmented into countries with people having same physical and mental capacities but they are leaders who made some of the nations prominent.
Alexander said, “An army of sheep led by a lion is better than an army of lions led by a sheep”. A leader guides a nation groping in darkness and takes her to a great height. Though he acts as a panacea for all the ills but its importance also augments its difficulties. A nation sleeps soundly because their leader is on the alert. In peace they are ambassador of their nation and in war they always suffer vengeance. Hitler sacrifices for her nation dignity and the Iraqi will never forget Saddam Hussain. They are uneasy as they are also accountable to their people in the world and Allah in the life hereafter.

Your expansion is more about "Leadership" rather about "UNEASY LIES THA HEAD THAT WEARS CROWN". The said Shakespeare's phrase is about sufferings/pain/restlessness of a responsible crown holder. I would like to write a quote of Hazrat Umer (R.A) Khalifa-ii:

Hazrat Umar RA ne khilafat sambhaalne ke baad farmaya ke "agar Dajla ke kinare kutta bhi bhooka marta hai to us ka jawab deh Umar RA hai."

This is what "UNEASY LIES THA HEAD THAT WEARS CROWN". Emphasize the mental and physical unease/discomfort attached with the crown. Bigger the crown (public office) bigger the responsibilities, bigger the responsibilities bigger the unease.

Regards

UNEASY LIES THE* HEAD THAT WEARS CROWN

Every age has its own tendencies, demands and prerequisites but the importance of a stable, dedicated and sagacious leader remains pivotal for nations to prosper. It is the leader who grapples the problems audaciously and steers* the nation out of different crises*. Today, our world is fragmented into countries in which people have similar* physical and mental capacities but they are the* leaders who make* their* nations prominent.

Alexander the Great* (or Alexander I of Macedon) said, “An army of sheep led by a lion is better than an army of lions led by a sheep”. A leader guides a nation groping in darkness and takes it* to great heights*. Though he acts as a panacea (avoid flowery language*) for all the ills but its importance also augments its difficulties (this sentence doesn't make any sense)*. A nation sleeps soundly because its* leader stands vigilant*. In peace, they are ambassador of their nations* and in war, they inflict* vengeance. Hitler sacrificed* for his* nation's* dignity and the Iraqis* will never forget Saddam Hussain. They are uneasy (??)* as they are also accountable to their people in the world and Allah in the life hereafter.

(By the way, don't glorify people such as Hitler and Saddam Hussein. They are both criminals. The people checking your CSS papers are not readers of Awami and Ummat Akhbaar, they're very well-read and qualified individuals.)

Both Ali and Ahmad analyzed it in an awesome way,

I would also like to add or highlight few things;

1. A disastrous attempt as you are at a failure to deliver the meaning or essence of the topic. Seems you misunderstood the topic. It reads like a junior-school student wrote a little on 'Leaders'

2. Not to-the-point, to the point kya hona hai jub topic ka meaning he ghalat smjhi ap!

3. Enhance your vocabulary by reading more and more. start now as you have time.

4. A lot of spelling mistakes; Don't ignore spelling mistakes, they can bring a 100% to 50%. So, you need to work on your spellings as well.

5. Lastly, don't drag religion in to give the ending look like 'A HAPPY ENDING'. Never try to sound theological unless you are asked to! It was a general topic asking you to prove that yes, all the pain/restlessness is suffered by the leaders/kings/rulers (remember its a state of Utopia you have been put in)

I know you can write well, as your ideas and thoughts show! so, don't lose hope and keep trying!

AOA
A very good piece of writing. only few mistakes

In peace, they are ambassador of their nation act as ambassador for their nation and in war, they always suffer vengeance they react with vengeance. Hitler sacrifices sacrificed for her nation's dignity, and the likewise Iraqis will never forget Saddam Hussain. They (who????) are uneasy, as they are also accountable to their people in the world and to Allah in the life(no need of 'life' here) hereafter.
