Angel Aylan: A Tale of Woe

i am writing this not by any intended thought, but just because i am compelled as the world is shattered, humanity is crying and the people with a real emotional and humanity loving heart are soul-broken. The picture of little cute angel Aylan has taken world into a shame, mortification and great embarrassment. Aylan's departure from this selfish, complacent and ruthless world is a slap on the human's rights watchdogs (UN, UNICEF), liberal democracies (USA and EU), so called Muslim Brotherhood (Ummah) and champions of modern equal society.

Poor Family of Aylan was from a war-devastated and poverty-stricken area of Syria where civil war between the President Asad's forces and ISIL and Syrian rebels was being fought. Families from these war-torn areas were compelled for an exodus and take a refuge to any neighbor country or piece of land where they can take sigh of relief from smelly smog of bombs, deadly-horrific sounds of missiles, heart-wrenching scenes of bloodbath of loved ones or watching their cute angel like kids crying for the piece of food.

Apparently same was the case with Aylan's family as they were leaving their homeland where they had dreamed to live their reaming life peacefully but alas it was not destined due to continuous on going conflicts and agitations in the area. So as the Aylan's family decided to take refuge to any peaceful land where they can live safely for that reason they took the sea route which was more appropriately near and away from the any conflicted zone. Having an optimistic hope in their mind Aylan and his family members must have been craving and dreaming to land safely on any shore where Aylan could play with the toys along with his siblings and his parents would cheerily smile watching their angel Aylan. But their adoring and Charming dreams were wrecked when malignant-lethal and brutal waves collided with the boat and Aylan slipped from his father's hand due to jolt created by heavy-strong ocean waves and his siblings and mother was also drowned, only lone survivor was his father.

Irony is Syrian crisis (civil war) and imbroglio is not self-created phenomena or any uprising but it is a dirty, sluggish and filthy war of energy resources and its transit via pipelines among the energy-starved wolfish countries. On one side there is US led-collation forces which includes NATO, EU, GCC providing the armed and financial support to armed Syrian rebels and on other side there is President Asad's regime backed and supported by Iran, Russia and China. This mess is created by the whole world almost as UN is silent over it and not giving eye or ear to this issue including Muslim countries, champions of human rights and pseudo modern liberals. They are responsible equally for this catastrophe.

Syria lies in the Arabian Peninsula along with some of the world richest Arab states i.e Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait. Aloofness and apathy of Arab nations towards Syrian innocent refuges is shameful, disgusting and condemnable. If we give a look to statistics of salvation to refugees given by the any states then numbers are equal to zero or even less for the Arab nations in this regard though being bordered or have nearer access to Syrian conflicted zones. In the recent visit to USA King Suleman of KSA books the whole luxurious and opulent hotel for his stay; a hotel comprises of 220 lavish rooms. While the extravagant princes of UAE's are busy in building, constructing and planning the world largest, longest and most useless buildings, resorts and man-made lavish islands. Kuwaitis, Qataris and Omanis oligarchs are also not left behind in this luxurious mania, they are busy in squandering their wealth sources in a competition that who owns a best, latest and stylish Rolls Royce, Mercedes, Ferrari or a BMW car. But not a single of them is ready pay a single penny to give a salvage, relief or secured life to these war-torn displaced persons.

Aylan's heart-wrenching picture is not only about just Aylan or his family but it symbolize the all hardships, difficulties and humiliations faced by all the refugees round the globe. It also exploits and shows the duel standards, ineptness and true face of human right's watchdogs, so called Muslim brotherhood and concerned International organizations.

On the whole World and concerned International organizations must sit together reappraise the precipitous steps and resolute measures to eradicate this refuge crisis and must shelter them into secure lands until and unless war is ended in their homeland. They also should pressurize the European countries and Gulf Cooperation council to take the influx of these innocent refugees so Aylan's sacrifice should not go into vain.
