Exclamation Learn English Grammar

How can one improve one's English? What is the best way of learning English if one has to start from ABC plus how many time it take? Are the three months with two hours daily studies sufficient? Which books should be consulted ? Is a mentor mandatory to cope with english?

Please Response!

Actually these are the steps:
Listen / Read > Write > Speak

We should give our time to our studies instead of asking others that how we can make good routine.

for English we should chose international books. Locals are not that much effective because they are written for get profit not to spread knowledge.

for English grammar of course

"English Grammar in Use by Reymond Murphy"

is a good book.

I have some international books including with ; practical English usage by Swan, English grammar and composition by Martin etc.
my question was, how much time it take? ce-2016 was my first attempt and I don't have any umeed of passing the said exams. As the proposal of masters education has been rejected so I am going for ce-17 with a serious attitude.
Will it take a lot of time? I have not only to improve my English but also learn vocabulary, idioms etc on the other hand i have 10 more papers to cope with

Hire a good English teacher. I am serious. You cannot learn a language on your own. There are few technicalities that only come into your attention when someone points it out for you.

This is my suggestion and I would strongly urge you to follow it.

hmmm! total tenses 12 hotay hain, I bcame to know first time almost six months before from now. : P
though I often write I.e comparatives paragraphs (Yeh hota woh hota) . still that practice is disappointed. I know where and for which verbs are use but I often forget and write wrongly.
I'll continue my practice and will try to memorise some basics after this when I think that the basics have been achived then I'll her a teacher. (almost in September).

i think the standard of my English is that of middle level.

well , I observe that by reading news papers, consult with dictionaries and a lot of reading is a and only way of increasing the vocabulary.

OK bro, first of all my teacher sir mustansar has already started a good course by foreign teachers, that will definitely work for you.
Go through that section.
Than do tell me your progress.
Btw: grammar is too vast that even I got confuse at many like mixed conditionals.
