Please Kindly point out grammatical mistake from the following:

1) Earth will have transform into Venus, if protective measures have not taken against global warming.

2) Earth will transform into Venus, If protective measures are not taking against Global Warming.

Kindly tell me which one is right, or translate the following into english.

" Zameen, Venus mein tabdeel hojaiege, Ager bachney keh iqdamat nai leye gaye "

the correct sentence inmy opinion is:earth would be transformed into venus if protective measures are not taken against Global warming.

In my view point, it could be:

Earth will be transformed into Venus, if protective measures cannot be taken.
