Besetting Sin(A bad habbit that often visits a person)

His besetting sin is idleness.

Red-tapism(luxorious expenditure of the government)

Red-Tapism is the major cause of corruption in Pakistan.

Tied to the apron's string(very much inclined to)

He is tied to his wife's apron's string.

Bear the burnt(to endure the consequences of an event)

Not having boarded on port,the ship have to bear the burnt of the storm in open sea.

Yeo man service(to do a justifiable service)
By translating Holy Quran into Persian,Shah Wali Ullah has done a yeoman service for the Muslim of sub-continent.

Iconoclast(one who destroys idols and discourages the worship of images)Mahmood is famous in history as iconoclast.
